Can’t even do a basic search. I typed “Taft Kahve” and got hair sprey results instead! It’s 2025 where AI is taking over and you can’t even do a basic search. How do you plan on selling stuff here if people can’t find what they want?

Alışverişim sırasında zorla premium sattılar. Uygulama öyle tasarlanmış ki sen seçmesen de premium dedikleri ürünü satıyorlar. Bu şekilde müşteriyi birseye zorlamak ve alışveriş sırasında zorla eklenen saçma ürünleri seçimini kaldırmasını beklemek etik değildir. BTK ve diğer kurumlara da ayrıca şikayet edeceğim!

Kaç yıllık uygulamaya bu kadar kullanışsız bir arayüz hiç yakışmıyor. 2.si alışveriş yaparken zoraki olarak kart kaydettiriyorsunuz ve sonra silmeme izin vermiyosunuz. Dünyanın en saçma olayı. Mecbur muyum ya kart bilgilerimi sonsuza kadar sizde bulundurmaya? 3. Olarak ürün arayorum, filtre yapıyorum ama hiç yapmamışım gibi aynı ürünler tekrar geliyo. Kadın için arama yapıyorum çocuk ürünleri ve erkek ürünleri geliyor. Fiyata göre sırala diyorum ama karışık geliyor. Neden o zaman bu filtreler var?

So you claim that more than 70 million tourists visit Turkey every year yet your application does not have English interface !!! RU kidding ???!!

Y’all have to be losing money because it’s no way to translate the app into other languages. When you first download the app, the first thing that should pop up before you’re able to look at anything in the app is “choose your language and currency” so the person downloading the app, dont have to go to the settings to find it in a language they don’t know. That would take a lot of the headache and stress away from the buyer. And I’m sure bring in money to the app itself . The reality is people aren’t going to learn another language just to buy things online. Hopefully this changes soon

When you select any other number (not Turkish) with country prefix, it still uses Turkish prefix + provided number, so sms cannot be received, and no order can be placed.

How do I use it in English????

The app doesn’t support English language

I don’t speak Turkish or anything similar, so to find a language setting to change the app to an “English” version was impossible, so I gave up. With the app’s graphics and marketing, I was able to understand the idea of the interface and some perks. There is a lot to compare to Amazon, especially since you can see much of the same products, but I was unable to compare prices due to my language barrier. The last thing I’ll mention is I gave this app 5 stars because it definitely has the quality you’d expect from any top-tier online shopping market. It would be great if there were an option right after downloading to change the language. Other than that, I’m very excited to see where this platform goes!

I am from Kuwait and I afraid to order from any company in Turkey because of the language but with this company I try’s once and fond it easy to use . انا من الكويت وهذه الشركة من الشركات التى استطيع الطلب منها للامانة وسرعة الاستجابة .

Tried various time to download the app but every time was not able to understand where to change the language to English so I could not use the app at all and had to delete it

1.How many thousands of people have to ask for (stated in description!) english language?!! 2.How many millions of Turkish Liras can company afford to loose by loosing english only speaking potential customers that ready to spend money and bring long falling Turkish economy at least a point up?!! 3.How many ignorant and blind and deaf people work at/for Hepsiburada, that dont realize 2 statements above?!! Same applies to Trendyol and other “patriotic” businesses in Turkey 🤦‍♂️

Sorry but scam

Since I’m foreign Turkish still hard, dealing with Hepsi app sometimes i need to use 3rd party app to translate some words when stuck in iade or something else, I gave 4/5 hopefully soon English language will be supported.

One of the best applications ever made

no real problem solver when you contact with their support. absolute worst customer service ever update: I have been contacting your solutions center more than 10 times within 5 months. they don’t help you out. the problem was i needed to return an item with hepsiburada easy return. they did not come to pick up the item 3 times within 14 days. and it became problematic

How can I change the language to English or Arabic?! I can’t read Turkish so I don’t know how to change the app language!

I'm still using an old device. Newer version of the app wants and update but simply it doesn't work.

Where is the English app I can’t read so i will not be ordering. Going to delete York app
